Housekeeper for Boutique Hotel with 10 Tiny Home Villas Immediate Start No Experience Required Flexible Hours Position Overview:
We are currently seeking 2 enthusiastic individuals for the position of Housekeeper to join our team at our delightful boutique hotel featuring 10 villas.
This role is perfect for those looking to earn extra income.
Our villas require attention based on the reservation calendar, making this a dynamic and flexible opportunity.
We are busy in the Spring/Summer/Fall and slow down in the Winter months.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage the cleaning and preparation of our 10 villas, adapting to the reservation schedule.
Organize and store freshly laundered linens in designated areas.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the housekeeping storage area.
Thoroughly clean both the interior and exterior of each villa, ensuring a welcoming and spotless environment for our guests.
Responsible for emptying outdoor trash barrels, keeping the surroundings pristine.
Engage in bi-weekly/weekly cleaning of the guest services area, with additional compensation of $25.
Each villa typically requires 50 minutes to an hour for cleaning after gaining proficiency.
This is a year-round position, with increased activity during the summer months.
Qualifications:
No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
A strong work ethic and willingness to adapt to a variable cleaning schedule.
Ability to work independently while adhering to cleaning standards and timelines.
Physical agility to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and working outdoors.
