Licensed Mental Health Clinician
Seeking a skilled clinician to work at a growing, outpatient, holistic based mental health practice.
This is an exciting opportunity to provide a holistic approach to treatment for individuals that are in need of varying levels of care in conjunction with mental health treatment when appropriate.
YOU MUST HOLD A MASTERS DEGREE IN MENTAL HEALTH TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION.
The position is part time, which is considered 10
hours.
There is an opportunity to grow to full time, which is 32
hours after 6
months of employment.
This is a W2 position and is paid per billable hour.
ResponsibilitiesMeet with patients in person, in the office in Epping on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Clinician currently has access to the physical office on Tuesdays and Fridays (all day), and 4pm - 7pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Provide psychotherapy, utilizing multiple modalities and methods consistent with evidence-based practice, including specific and focused treatment protocols, when appropriate.
Utilize progress monitoring and outcome measurement tools to assess benefits of psychotherapy and change the treatment plan, if necessary.
The Clinician is responsible for establishing clear treatment goals and clinically appropriate recommendations for treatment and interventionsQualificationsGraduate degree in counseling, psychology, or social work from an accredited institutionState licensure as a mental health counselor (LMHC) or licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or clinical psychologist (PsyD or PhD) or licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT).
Strong Knowledge and understanding of various mental health disordersExperience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans, and delivering individual therapyStrong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team of professionals in a fast-paced environmentStrong time management and organizational skills to ensure timely documentation and other deliverables required for the roleExperience with electronic health records (EHR) and technology-driven services, is preferred.
A commitment to ongoing professional development and demonstrated experience in providing culturally responsive clinical services to clients from diverse backgroundsExperience working with adolescents.
